Treasury Client Service - Front Office - International Corporate Banking

This is an exciting opportunity for aTreasury Client Service professionalto join theClient Service Management team of aLondon-based International Bank . You will take ownership of treasury product implementations for both new and existing clients, focusing on daily banking and payment systems. Working closely with colleagues in London and internationally you will help to shape and deliver cash management and trade finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing essential support to our customers and five Relationship Managers.
2. Take charge of treasury product implementations for both new and existing clients, focusing on daily banking and payment systems.
3. You will havefrequent client interactions , supporting them with Transaction Banking queries, including electronic payments,SWIFT messaging, Bacs, CHAPS, and Faster Payments .
4. You will participate in calls and meetings (both virtual and in person), helping to shape and deliver cash management and trade finance solutions.
5. You will work closely with colleagues in London and across our international network, supporting Relationship Managers throughout the sales and onboarding journey.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset, and commitment tocontinuous improvement
2. Proven experience in a UK banking environment, with strong knowledge ofTreasury Management products -particularly Cash Management.
3. Confidence working inclient-facing roles, communicating clearly in writing and verbally, andbuilding trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
4. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
5. Experience with SWIFT messaging, Bacs, CHAPS, and Faster Payments.
