Role Overview:
The Senior Relationship Manager / Vice President will lead efforts in managing and expanding relationships with key corporate clients. They will focus on delivering tailored financial solutions, including trade finance and syndicated loans, while ensuring compliance and fostering long-term client partnerships to support the organisation's strategic goals.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Over 10 years of relationship management experience in Corporate Banking, with proven expertise in syndicated loans or project finance
• Strong understanding of corporate lending, trade finance, and financial structuring
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
• Ability to develop new client relationships and grow existing portfolios
• Immediate availability highly preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with large corporates, including local and multinational clients, providing customized financial solutions in corporate lending and trade finance
• Originate and structure syndicated loans, review credit facilities, and conduct detailed credit analysis
• Develop new business opportunities aligned with the bank's strategic vision
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Manage day-to-day client engagement activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery

Requirements:
• University degree in Banking, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Corporate Banking relationship management, with a record of successful portfolio growth
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency preferred
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
