Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with middle market and SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Actively monitor client accounts and portfolios, and provide timely and accurate reporting
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the middle market and SME banking segment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
