Description

1. Act as a key liaison between front office and internal teams (Risk, Credit, LCD)
2. Support internal, external, and regulatory audit processes
3. Conduct post-transaction and account reviews
4. Monitor and investigate irregular or suspicious transactions
5. Perform gap analysis against updated policies and regulations
6. Deliver training on new or revised policies and regulatory requirements
7. Implement and uphold investment suitability and trade surveillance frameworks
8. Ensure timely completion of thematic reviews and issue assessments
9. Handle additional duties as assigned

1. Experience in market conduct, sales practices, or suitability-related risks preferred
2. Strong understanding of investment suitability and transaction surveillance
3. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
4. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail in reviewing alerts and exceptions
6. Familiarity with Singapore regulatory frameworks (e.g., banking, securities, financial advisory) is advantageous
