KYC Client Onboarding (Corporate Bank)

Role Summary Support client onboarding and periodic reviews for Corporate Banking clients by performing KYC and due diligence in line with regulatory and internal standards. Ensure accurate documentation, assess risk associated with corporate structures, and collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to maintain compliance.

1. Key Responsibilities Review onboarding and periodic KYC files for corporate clients, ensuring completeness and accuracy
2. Perform due diligence and screening checks, including assessment of ownership structures and risk indicators
3. Follow up with Relationship Managers and stakeholders on outstanding or incomplete documentation
4. Ensure client information complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies, including identification of beneficial owners
5. Liaise with front office and support teams to resolve onboarding and review-related issues
6. Maintain and update client static data, account information, and documentation records
7. Support preparation of reports, audits, and compliance reviews
8. Assist in process improvements, policy updates, and ad-hoc projects

Key Requirements

1. Min 5 - 8 years of Experience in Corporate Banking onboarding, KYC, or client due diligence
2. Understanding of corporate structures and regulatory requirements
3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
4. Effective communication skills to engage internal stakeholders
5. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
