Role: KYC Analyst / Client Due Diligence Specialist (Private Banking)

Role Summary

Seeking a KYC professional with Private Banking experience to support periodic reviews and ongoing due diligence for existing client accounts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role focuses on conducting comprehensive KYC reviews, analyzing source of wealth/funds, performing screening and account activity assessments, and managing cases through to final approval.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct end-to-end reviews for existing Private Banking clients, ensuring KYC records remain complete, accurate and up to date
2. Analyze source of wealth/source of funds information and perform name screening and background checks
3. Review account activity, identify changes requiring refreshed documentation, and obtain supporting information where needed
4. Prepare and maintain robust due diligence documentation for internal approvals and compliance review
5. Manage cases through the full workflow, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory and internal standards

Requirements

1. Degree qualified with Min. 2 years of relevant KYC/CDD experience, ideally within Private Banking
2. Familiarity with AML, regulatory requirements and client due diligence processes
3. Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
