Our Client is a leading middle-market investment banking firm providing comprehensive M&A, capital markets, and financial advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries. They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join their New York City office. As a generalist Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment banking transactions and client engagements across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling to support transaction processes.
• Prepare pitch books, presentations, offering memoranda, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Work closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic insights and high-quality client service.
• Conduct industry and company research to support business development and live transactions.
• Mentor Analysts and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
