Description
Our Client is a leading middle-market investment banking firm providing comprehensive M&A, capital markets, and financial advisory services to clients across a wide range of industries. They are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Associate to join their New York City office. As a generalist Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of investment banking transactions and client engagements across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling to support transaction processes.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, offering memoranda, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the coordination of due diligence processes and transaction execution.
- Work closely with senior bankers to deliver strategic insights and high-quality client service.
- Conduct industry and company research to support business development and live transactions.
- Mentor Analysts and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Approximately 2-4 years of experience in investment banking or related financial services.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
