An independent investment banking advisory firm is building its Kyiv team and hiring for two positions:
Investment Banking Analyst/ Associate
Investment Banking Senior Associate / Vice President
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and work on live M&A and capital raising transactions, taking an active role in execution, client interaction and transaction processes from day one.
Unlike larger organizations, successful candidates will be involved in all aspects of transaction execution, with direct exposure to clients, investors and decision-makers.
As one of the firm's first hires, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow together with the platform and take on increasing responsibility as the business expands.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction services, valuation, consulting, private equity or related fields
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Experience preparing financial models, valuation analyses, investment memoranda, pitch books or other transaction-related materials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- CFA candidate status or CFA Research Challenge participation is a plus
- Fluent English
