About Our Client

Our client is a well-known Global Bank, currently they are hiring a Client Services Analyst to join their Privat Banking division in handling account opening and system enhancement duties.

Candidate with data analysis exposure would be a plus.

Job Description

• Process client requests for account opening, servicing, and closure accurately and within service deadlines.
• Update systems correctly and in a timely manner.
• Support the manager to ensure daily operations are completed on time.
• Report any issues or exceptions to management promptly.
• Take part in projects, including gathering requirements, testing systems, and helping to train team members.
• Assist with improving processes through simplification, automation, and system changes.
• Share good practices and ideas to improve team efficiency.
• Prepare management reports when required.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, account opening/closure, and/or CRS and FATCA.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical and technical skills; advanced Excel and project or data analysis experience are an advantage.
