Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, workshops, and interviews
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Create documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Strong understanding of Banking business processes and system workflows
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
