Description
*Seeking for a Tax Manager with minimum 6 years of Banking/Financial services Corporate tax experience*THE COMPANY
With their growth strategy in place, the bank seeks to expand their reach in their business. Currently, they seek for a Tax Manager to be part of their team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure tax compliance for Singapore entity including Financial Sector Incentive (FSI) returns, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Domestic Top up tax, Pillar 2 regulations
- Report and prepare tax returns/filings, provisions, disclosures and deferred tax
- Review withholding tax, GST, qualifying investment and loan schedules
- Handle transfer pricing documentation
- Reply to queries from/liaise with regulators e.g. Head office, Management, IRAS, auditors
- Support Accounts team for financial closing processes and system implementation/UAT testing
- Deal with budgeting exercises
- Any other adhoc duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
- Minimum 6 years of Banking/Financial services corporate tax exposure
- Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
