POSITION SUMMARY:

The AVP, Leasing Manager is responsible for ensuring that our buildings are leased and generating the maximum possible revenue for the Company. The AVP, Leasing Manager works directly with existing clients, potential clients, and real estate brokers to lease all office space in the portfolio.

• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with a wide variety of individuals in person, via telephone and in writing
• Proven history of sales/negotiating skill, transactions and closing skills
• A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must possess strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Capability to work in fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

• 5-10 years of commercial real estate, specifically office leasing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, including lease negotiation skills, marketing, property management and construction.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Real Estate license accepted but not required.
