Job Description

• Support the execution of buy-side, sell-side, merger, restructuring, and strategic advisory assignments across Asia-Pacific.
• Build and review sophisticated financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses to support client decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality client presentations, information memoranda, board papers, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage interactions with legal advisers, consultants, accountants, and other stakeholders.
• Assist senior bankers in developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to generate strategic insights and recommendations.
• Mentor and oversee junior team members while contributing to a high-performing deal execution environment.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 4+ years of experience within investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, transaction services, private equity, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading M&A transaction execution.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Strong understanding of transaction processes, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Experience mentoring or supervising junior professionals will be advantageous.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, or equivalent are beneficial.
