Description
Assistant to the Banking Liaison
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting work to the Banking Liaison within the department. Tasks could include but are not limited to: assisting suppliers to enroll in the JPM Chase banking method of their choice, reviewing payment terms with them, ensuring all suppliers are on the correct payment terms. Reviewing and approving PantherExpress invoices for payment and Concur expense reports for payment. Performing any other tasks assigned by the dept Director, AP Manager or Banking Liaison.
A High School Diploma or GED is required.
