Job Description
- Execute and manage regional strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery through structured planning, coordination, and proactive issue resolution
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative performance data to generate insights supporting program optimization and informed strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align objectives, manage expectations, and support high-quality program implementation
- Prepare senior-level presentations, briefing materials, and strategic recommendations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Support research, analysis, and content development on economic, entrepreneurship, and policy-related initiatives
- Manage multiple workstreams independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, public policy, or a related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in highly analytical or strategic roles within investment banking, management consulting, business analytics, strategy, or similarly results-driven professional environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proven project management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage complex initiatives end-to-end with strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with native or near-native fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
