A respected and well-established organisation based in Perth is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role

Preparing and issuing customer charges within agreed timeframes
Tracking payments and ensuring outstanding balances are appropriately followed up
Responding to payment-related queries and resolving discrepancies
Reviewing account activity to ensure information remains accurate and current
Completing regular balance checks and internal reconciliations
Maintaining clear and organised financial records
Supporting additional finance tasks during reporting periods as required

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an accounts receivable or similar finance roleStrong attention to detail
Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
An organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines
A proactive and reliable work ethic
