The Company

Our client is a leading brokerage firm with strong business in wealth management and asset management. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an Accountant to join their Finance team.

The Role

• Compile and analyse monthly financial information, including revenue, costs and profitability.
• Prepare regular management reports and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including financial modelling and performance tracking.
• Conduct variance analysis and investigate key movements against budget and previous periods.
• Work with different business teams to review financial data and understand business performance.
• Provide insights on revenue trends, cost drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and business projects.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management reporting, FP&A or financial analysis within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial information.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA or FRM are preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or other financial systems is an advantage.
• A proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
