A day in the life.
As our Senior Account Manager on the Transportation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This dynamic role requires deep comprehension of coverage and market knowledge with a focus on strong client and carrier relationships. Responsibilities range from more transactional tasks such as certificate issuance and invoicing to more complex analytical work, as required in a client centric environment. You will be viewed as a resource by both colleagues and clients and serve as a mentor within the team.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
5 to 8 years of relevant insurance industry experience
Appropriate insurance license
Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and discernment to resolve client and company problems
Ability to adopt a "servant leadership" mindset with the ability to both provide guidance and training to others while remaining committed to your own continuous learning path
Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple applications.
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
