Altius is looking for either an Analyst or an Intern for this role, depending on the candidate’s experience.

 Location: Kyiv

Description of Role: As an Investment Analyst at Altius Capital, you’ll help clients succeed through analysis and strategy. Your tasks include:

• Creating financial models for transactions and investments.
• Collecting and analyzing financial data from public sources.
• Reviewing client data and preparing market summaries.
• Organizing financial information into clear reports.
• Preparing marketing materials and reports for clients, investors, and lenders.
• Summarizing financial research to highlight trends and opportunities.
• Handling various tasks as needed.

Candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply for the Intern position. Interns will support the execution team in day-to-day transaction work, including financial analysis and preparation of materials.

Requirements

 Desired Experience / Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field with good grades.
• At least 1 year of experience in financial services (experience in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a plus).
• Good understanding of valuation methods.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Ukrainian and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Starting the CFA or ACCA certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of M&A databases like PitchBook or Capital IQ is a plus.
