Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Investment Banking Associate, based out of Gujarat. The role involves supporting investment banking activities through financial modeling, valuation analyses, due diligence, financial data research, and assisting in preparing client presentations and reports. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams on live transactions and strategic financial projects.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in investment banking. (M&A, ECM, DCM, or advisory)
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience with due diligence processes and finance-related tasks
- Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating data and identifying trends
- Effective written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with alternative investments or investment banking is a must
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools is a must
