Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide high‑level administrative support to GCIB senior leader(s), ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations and effective management of schedules, communications, and priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and evolving calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
Support meeting logistics, including agendas, materials, and follow‑ups
Maintain organization of documents, files, and records
Assist with ad‑hoc projects and administrative initiatives as needed
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Skills
Experience supporting senior leaders
Prior exposure to financial services or a corporate environment
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$25.00 - $50.84 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
