Description

Our client, a HK-incorporated bank is looking for a Head of Operational Risk Management to lead the team under Risk Management function to manage bank-wide operational risk.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a robust operational risk framework and lead the team to implement risk processes.
• Identify, assess, monitor and control operational risks across the bank.
• Oversee incident management and conduct periodic stress testing and risk reviews.
• Advise and support business units on operational risk matters.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for contingency planning and operational resilience, including BCP and OR-2 implementation, testing, drills and event management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 10 years of experience in operational risk management in the banking industry.
• Team management experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding on banking business and operations with good knowledge of market standard on risk control.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
