We are currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organization based in Singapore.

They are looking to hire a Financial Planning & Analysis candidate into their Singapore office, at a VP level.

In this role, the successful candidate will tackle a range of exciting business challenges, drive data-informed decision-making, and help shape high-quality, customer-focused products. This role will act as a trusted advisor to the business and a key steward of financial performance.

This role will be responsible for supporting the following:

1. Deliver accurate, consistent financial and management information with actionable insights to support decision-making and deepen understanding of business performance.
2. Establish and track key KPIs and dashboards, partnering with technology, product, and data teams to enable real-time performance monitoring.
3. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and financial goals.
4. Ensure strong cost management is factored into day-to-day decision making, and monitoring cost performance versus budget
5. Provide analytical support through financial modeling, profitability analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning to guide strategic and operational decisions.
6. Act as a strategic finance partner, driving sustainable growth, effective balance sheet management, and delivery of annual budget targets.

To be eligible for this role you will require

1. At least 10 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
2. Understanding of retail banking products is strongly preferred - if not, Financial Planning & Analysis experience within wider Banking environment is essential
3. Experience of driving cost reduction would be a plus
4. Strong in stakeholder management to influence and effectively challenge C-suite stakeholders.
