Aurous Financial Services is a leading and fast-growing provider of purchase order financing to small and mid-size companies in the United States.  Aurous provides short-term working capital solutions for companies to fulfill purchase orders, which otherwise would not be realized for a lack of traditional financing.

We are seeking candidates for the position of Credit Underwriter/Portfolio Manager to prescreen and underwrite companies seeking purchase order financing, as well as managing the exposures of our growing portfolio. 

 Candidates should be self-starters with a minimum of 10 years of secured finance underwriting experience in a fast-paced environment and be able to effectively communicate with prospects, borrowers and other counterparties involved in the transaction. As part of the senior management team, you will be expected to learn and be familiar with all the aspects of Aurous’ operations.

 This role will be full-time, in person in our Clark, NJ office. Some travel will be required with respect to visiting prospects and borrowers.
