Your Tasks
We are expanding our Insurance International Team and are looking for you as a (Senior) Manager Finance Transformation In Insurance (all genders).

You can expect exciting projects focusing on transformation, ESG, digitalization, and the implementation of SAP solutions in the insurance sector. In an environment that combines the advantages of a familiar, personal culture with the strength of a leading management consultancy.

• As a manager for Insurance Finance Transformation (ESG / Digitalization/ IFRS 17 implementation in SAP) you are included in all steps of the implementation process and work closely with the client.
• You lead your team in the area of Insurance Finance and SAP solution configuration
• You support the client in all processes, end to end. This includes analyzing the business requirements and turning them into product functionalities.
• You lead the implementation or customizing of Consolidation, General Ledger and Subledger SAP modules, such as Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL and embedded analytics.
• You support and train the end user to be confident with the usage of the implemented solution.

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree
• You have +5 years of professional experience in management consulting or as an in-house consultant with focus on insurance finance, accounting or in an actuarial function combined with SAP implementation in at least one of these modules: Group Reporting, S/4 HANA FI-CO, FPSL, PaPM and Embedded Analytics
• You want to grow and lead a high performing team
• You like new technologies and applications and turning them into solutions
• You feel comfortable communicating and working in English within a cross-border team (German proficiency is beneficial)
