Title: Investment Banking Director

Company Summary: We are currently partnered with a recently established investment bank that is backed by a $90 billion institution actively looking to add Investment Banking talent to their teams in Salt Lake City, Houston, and Los Angeles.

Investment Banking Director will be responsible for:

• Lead and execute high-profile transactions, including M&A, capital raises and strategic advisory mandates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and founder-family-owned businesses.
• Oversee deal origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing processes.
• Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor junior bankers, fostering a high-performance culture.

Investment Banking Director should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of investment banking experience with a proven track record in deal execution and client development.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
