In this role, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution.

As an Analyst within the Global Investment Banking Capital Market Advisory Group, you will participate in the "full cycle" of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, communicating with the client and lawyers to find solutions, being responsible for handling documentations, supporting clients in preparing offering documentation and execution process, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the origination and execution function including interacting with clients and working with coverage and capital markets bankers
• Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions such as lawyers, accountants, counterparties
• Demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing capital market transactions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Business level English
• Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Understand transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
• Adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a productive member of a team
• Intellectual curiosity, particularly in trends of laws and rules in capital market

• A well-rounded academic background
• Experience of working in a relevant team in Investment Banking
