Join Drive the Future Program in Mexico if you are a student in your last 2 years of University. This is a part-time role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence.

In this opportunity, the Investment Banking team, is looking for a new participant. The team is responsible for generating and executing transactions that transform the corporate environment: mergers and acquisitions, public share offerings and debt issuances in local and international market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participation in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions and share offering transactions
• Industry & Market research
• Preparation of internal and client presentations
• Economic, financial and corporate analysis of companies
• Preparation of financial projection and company valuation models

Program Requirements:

• Mandatory graduation expected date: Mid-2028
• Advanced English level
• Part-time availability (30hs per week)
• Availability to work in Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
