About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic e-Banking App Operations Manager who is passionate about transforming banking experiences. In this pivotal role, you'll lead strategic operations, drive innovative marketing campaigns, and leverage data analytics to enhance our app offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations Management: Design and implement the annual operations plan for the Bank's app. Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to analyze user behavior data, generate optimization reports, and drive continuous improvements.
• Product Operations Management: Oversee app feature usage and manage user feedback to ensure effective closed-loop operations.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to support feature development and coordinate with compliance departments.
• Competitor Analysis and Innovation: Regularly examine competitor app strategies to identify unique operational approaches and explore the integration of AI in user engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Banking or Fintech environment, demonstrating success in campaign planning.
• Proficiency in Tableau/Power BI and basic data analysis skills using SQL.
• Knowledge of e-Banking compliance requirements in Hong Kong.
• Ability to identify user needs through data analysis and create commercialization strategies.
• Experience leading at least two full-cycle operational projects, with a background in cross-cultural collaboration.
• Candidates with experience in Banking Apps, Operational Models, or AI projects (e.g., machine learning deployment, intelligent recommendation systems) are preferred.
