Description
Successful candidates will have strong experience of compliance within coporate and investment banking, in particular regulatory compliance and reporting.The role will also required candidates to have experience of assessing ongoing risk and act as the SME for internal and external regulatory standards.
Candidates will also require experience working with internal teams and divisions to advise and drive change or improvement.
Key Requirements:
- At least 8 years of compliance experience within global banking
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, ideally engagement with Hong Kong regulators
- Act in an advisory capacity to ensure improvement or continuation of robust compliance standards
- Proven track record of working across different functions and stakeholders
- Ability to take the lead on driving change in policy or procedure
