The firm advises on approximately 40 transactions annually across private M&A, capital raising, and IPOs, with deal sizes typically ranging from USD 40 million to USD 1 billion.
With over 700 professionals in Asia and an established international footprint, the Singapore office was established recently and serves as the Southeast Asia hub, covering markets across the region. The team has already completed multiple cross-border transactions, including significant sell-side and strategic advisory mandates.

Description

• Lead sell-side and private capital advisory transactions from origination to completion
• Drive deal execution independently, including valuation, due diligence, and documentation
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with founders, corporates, and PE funds
• Originate new business through proactive idea generation and client engagement
• Contribute to building and shaping the Southeast Asia investment banking franchise

Profile

• At least 4 years experience in investment banking/sell-side advisory with exposure to closed M&A or private capital deals
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end deal execution, including strong documentation
• Strong understanding of sell-side advisory and private transactions
• Established relationships with corporates, founders, or financial sponsors
• Sector expertise in technology, consumer, financial services, or healthcare
