Description
Job Responsibilities- Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of client mandates
- Perform research and due diligence on industries, markets and companies
- Prepare client presentations
- Build financial models
- Perform valuation using various methods
- Handle administrative tasks during deal execution and to support office functions
- Work with and manage interns from time to time
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field from a reputable university
- Preferably 1-2 years related work experience including internships
- Knowledge of Accounting principles, financial concepts, Financial modeling and valuation, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Logical thinker
- Able to communicate clearly
- Meticulous and showing attention to details
