Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized business clients in the Surabaya Sungkono region
• Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support their growth and success
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and cross-sell the bank's products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery
• Actively participate in client events and networking activities to enhance the bank's visibility and brand
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Requirements

• Have experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
