Your Typical Day
- Invoicing of Special Bill Customers Strive to bill all jobs no more than 48 hours after they have been completed in ServiceTrade Properly submitting all invoices (portal, email, USPS)Reviews and posts receipts and payments to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets, records, and databasesTake an active role in collection efforts for assigned customersElectronic record retention
What Will You Bring?
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-year billing experienceAbility to verbally communicate with customersAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentagesNetSuite SeviceTrade, SalesForce, various customer portals, and CMSSpreadsheet and Word processing software (Word, Excel, Gmail, etc.)
