Your new role
This position will suit a driven Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys ownership of the end-to-end AR function and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment. You will be responsible for ensuring customer payments are captured, allocated and followed up accurately, while working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
Key duties include:

• End-to-end management of customer receivables
• Daily banking and accurate cash allocation
• Preparing and issuing customer statements and reminders
• Proactive follow-up of outstanding and overdue accounts
• Reconciliation of the accounts receivable ledger
• Maintaining accurate customer and transaction records
• Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting activities
• Working with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues
• Providing documentation to support audits and compliance

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar role
• Sound understanding of accounting standards and controls
• Experience using ERP systems
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• A professional approach to confidentiality and data integrity
