Description

Dykema’s newly expanded office in Milwaukee seeks a dynamic associate with 4-6 years of commercial and real estate finance experience.  Must have experience in representing both lenders and borrowers. Preferred candidates will be familiar with all phases of finance transactions from loan origination to restructurings, reorganizations and workouts. Experience drafting/negotiating loan and transaction documents, conducting diligence, and addressing title and relevant real estate issues is required. Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients at all levels.  Admission to practice in Wisconsin required.
