Finacity is seeking energetic, talented, entrepreneurial-minded origination professionals interested in joining our worldwide marketing team to develop new business. Proven experience in utilizing your commercial/financial knowledge to identify and secure new business from scratch is critical.
Anticipated Activities and Functions of the Position are:
Design and execute unique sales strategies and calling plans across various industries and regions to meet company and individual revenue goals
Look for innovative solutions to create new opportunities and show leadership in addressing complexities and difficulties on transactions
Negotiate terms and conditions with prospects to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to prospect engagement and progress
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of banking/finance experience with a focus on business relationships
Understanding of a wide variety of working capital financing products and services
Comfortable using a variety of technology platforms, including project management tools, video conferencing, and CRM systems
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Ability to collaborate with internal resources
Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills including ability to work independently and remotely
Adaptable to changing business develop approaches and ability to multitask
Formal credit training preferred
Acts with honesty and integrity
Multi-lingual skills are a plus
